  • Tier 2: $187(incl. GST); powered site, larger stall space and up to four chairs

Guidelines

Terms and Conditions

  • Exhibitors and their stalls are accepted at the Expo, subject to the discretion of the Wellness organising Committee (that consists of members from West Moonah Community House and Rotary District 9830 (Tasmania)
  • The Committee reserves the right, at any time for any reason, to close down and remove an exhibitor's stall and to remove an exhibitor from the Expo.
  • Each exhibitor accepts on its or their behalf and on behalf of those engaged or present or participating in the operation of an exhibitor's stall, that any decision of the Committee about any matter pertaining to the Expo and its operation and management is final and the Committee and West Moonah Community House and Rotary are not liable for any consequent loss and damage whatsoever.
  • All stallholders must have a health and wellbeing focus, be an interest to the general public and be interactive
  • The committee will determine the accepted list of stallholders, (ensuring that there are no duplicate stalls). 

Public Liability Insurance Requirements: 

Certificate of Currency. Participants should be aware that they must have their own public liability insurance. This should be in the amount of ten million dollars.

Please attach a copy of your public liability insurance

Set up and pack down

  • We ask that you are responsible for setting up and packing down your information areas, however some assistance can be provided by the Wellness Expo representatives where required.
  • Services MUST be responsible for their own equipment (any powered equipment must be tested and tagged), rubbish and cleaning of their own site.
  • Set up is available the day before if required
  • Stalls MUST be set up by 9.30am on the day of the expo
  • Stalls MUST stay set-up until 3.00pm.

An event plan, emergency plan, Wellness Expo contact details & site map will be provided closer to the event.
